Hay Rides

Season: Spring, Summer, Fall (April – October)

We invite you to travel back to the bygone days when the horse was the center of activity on the farm. Let our heavy horses take you on an old-fashioned hayride through beautiful meadows and into spectacular Red-Tail Canyon.

You will be invited to climb on-board one of our horse-drawn wagons. Your draft horse team will lead you through the forests and fields into Red-Tail Canyon. You will experience a working draft horse ranch and registered tree farm. While on the ride you will hear about the history of the area, how the horses are used for logging and farming the ranch. You will actually ride on part of the original road that ran through the valley.

By the time the ride is over and you reach an inviting bonfire you’ll be ready to enjoy our famous home-cooked BBQ cookout, or just grab a marshmallow stick and relax in our peaceful surrounding.

Hayrides are by advance arrangement and are a GROUP ACTIVITY only.

Ride length is 40 minutes and reservations require a $150.00 minimum charge for up to 10 persons. A 10 person minimum is required for each individual group.  $15.00 for each additional adult/$7.50 child.  Maximum capacity per wagon is 16.
